The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Linda, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She gave us valuable advice on nearby attractions and even assisted us in purchasing bus tickets for our next destination. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk away from the night food market and various restaurants and bars. The rooms were basic but clean, and the breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of spreads and good-sized mugs for coffee or tea. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.

The hotel's decoration is charming and cozy, with beautiful artwork and comfortable furniture. The general areas are well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people. The hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city and visit nearby attractions, with easy access to transportation options.
It would be even better if the hotel had more assistance available for senior guests, such as additional staff to help with luggage or mobility aids like handrails in the hallways.

The hotel offered everything we needed for our city break. the central location made it easy for us to explore all the major attractions in the area. the room had large windows that provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.
the bathrooms were quite small and outdated, making them less comfortable to use.
